Scope

This Statement covers all experiences we control, including yourfutureoffreedom.com, our ESTAGE-hosted pages (funnels, checkout, course areas, and community), and downloadable digital files we publish. It does not extend to third-party platforms we don’t control (e.g., payment gateways or embedded services), though we vet vendors for reasonable accessibility and will assist you in getting access where feasible.

Standards

We aim to conform to WCAG 2.1 AA and design new experiences with accessibility in mind. Where full conformance isn’t yet feasible, we apply “best available” alternatives and remediation timelines documented below.

Experience

Our stack currently includes ESTAGE, GetResponse, Stripe, PayPal, Google Workspace, Notion, and YouTube. These providers maintain their own accessibility roadmaps. If any third-party element creates a barrier, contact us (details below) and we’ll provide an alternate path or workaround (e.g., direct checkout link, manual enrollment, or downloadable materials).

Known Limitations

User-generated content inside the community may not always meet WCAG until it’s reviewed. We moderate and remediate upon notice.

Time-based media (livestreams) may initially use auto-captions; edited replays receive improved captions. Transcripts are available upon request.

Legacy PDFs/slide decks created prior to this Statement may lack full tagging/structure. Tagged versions will replace them as they are updated.

Color/contrast in gamification elements: We avoid color-only cues; if you encounter an issue, we’ll supply a text/shape alternative.

Compatibility

We test on the current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on macOS/Windows, plus iOS/Android mobile browsers. We aim for compatibility with common assistive technologies (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA). Older browsers may not render modern features fully.

Testing

We use a combination of keyboard-only navigation checks, screen-reader spot checks, and automated scans (e.g., WAVE/axe) before major releases and during quarterly reviews. Critical issues reported by users are triaged within 2 business days.

Training and Education

Team members who publish web content receive periodic refreshers on headings, alt text, link intent (“descriptive link text”), captions/transcripts, and form/error accessibility.

Compliance

We take a good-faith, continuous-improvement approach to accessibility aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA and applicable U.S. laws (including ADA Title III guidance). This Statement is not a certification of conformance, but a practical commitment to remove barriers promptly as they are identified.

Feedback

We welcome feedback about accessibility barriers on our website, courses, or community. Please include the URL, a brief description of the issue, your browser/OS and assistive tech (if any), and a screenshot if possible. We typically respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve verified issues within 10 business days, or provide a reasonable alternative while we fix the root cause.
